My Voice To Save Lives
I bring three decades of experience in the field of criminal law, civil rights, immigration and alternative dispute resolution. As a prosecutor, I’ve conducted hundreds of criminal investigations and trials. I have spent countless hours advocating for clients and witnessed one too many lives lost. This experience led me to write a book, Cardiac Arrest: A Tactical Guide on How to Handle Unlawful Police Stops. Written with young men of color in mind, this book is designed to help you mitigate potentially deadly escalation in unlawful police stops. The tips are designed to get you home alive with a focus on thinking C.A.L.M.: stay composed, be aware, listen, and make a call.
